$17,900 - 137k miles - 5 speed manual - Seattle, WA
Avus Blue
clean title
The car currently has approximately 137k miles and comes with records outlining lots of preventative maintenance work performed on in the car. The Carfax does show one minor accident from 2006 in which the front passenger side corner was lightly hit at a 4-way stop (photo of accident is available). The passenger front fender and hood were replaced, all other panels on the car are original.
Maintenance items completed under my ownership include suspension bushings (including RTABS), mounts, control arms, endlinks, H&R OE springs with Koni yellow shocks + reinforcement plates, complete cooling system overhaul (radiator, thermostat/housing, water pump, pulleys, belts, all sensors, hoses, fan, etc), spark plugs, exhaust hangers, new windshield cowl, wiper blades, all filters (fuel filter, cabin filter, engine air filter), fluids (engine oil, transmission oil, new coolant, differential oil), and more. I have records for all these items totalling almost $5k just in parts.
Prior to my ownership the clutch was done along with new brake pads/rotors and new Continental extreme contact tires from 2019 (have only seen around 1,000 miles of use since), but I do not have records for these items.
The interior is in good condition overall with black vader seats in excellent condition front and rear. There are a few items to note however, as is the case with most E36s the headliner is sagging and the drivers side door panel insert has some shrinkage, and the passenger side door panel is missing its insert. I also have an extra black carpet for the car if desired. I had the rear shock towers inspected (photos available) and they showed absolutely no cracks or other damage (a very common and costly weak point on E36 M3s). I then had OEM BMW reinforcement plates added to both the rear and front mounts to ensure they stay in good shape. I also had the engine compression tested and all cylinders came back with great results, all within 5% of 200psi (again, photos are available).
During my ownership the car received a set of brand new OEM Euro glass headlights (Bosch/AL) with new bulbs and MSP harnesses, along with brand new OEM clear corner lights, and OEM fog lights. These parts were incredibly hard to find and had to be shipped directly from Europe but are a great addition to the car.
The wheels are OEM 2-piece BBS wheels sourced from Europe by the previous owner. I was told these wheels are the same specs as those found on the E36 M3R and are incredibly rare, especially in the United States. All four wheels are in great shape with no curb rash and there is even a matching spare in the trunk.
The factory equipped tool kit, jack, and all owners manuals are included with the car.
