This car has extensive service history from BMW and other reputable shops dated back to 2008 when the owner purchased it from BMW. Due to this, the car drives exactly what a proper M3 feels like, the engine revs smoothly, and to say that the car drives perfectly is an understatement. Regular oil changes every 3 months. Currently the car needs nothing but a new owner. Tires are pretty fresh, rotors and pads are in great condition. The car comes with 2 keys, owners manuals, and original window sticker.
The car does have a few minor imperfections that are pretty normal for its age. Overall its in very good condition but there is a dent just below the trunk, and a few pressure scratches on the bumper.
The E46 generation M3 was the last of a legacy of normally aspirated, inline 6-cylinder M cars that defined the marque for a generation. At the heart of the E46 M3 was the 333-horsepower S54B32 engine The final year M3s had a option to be equipped with the Competition Package (ZCP), offered only for the final two years of production. The ZCP got you exclusive 19” Style 163 wheels, slightly firmer spring rates, a tighter steering ratio, bigger brakes, and an M Track Mode tuned Dynamic Stability Control button on an Alcantara steering wheel along with aluminum cube trim.
This specific M3 has always been a California car, and the current owner has owned the vehicle since 17,000 miles and she purchased this M3 all the way back in 2008. She has kept up with the maintenance and always serviced the car for whatever was needed. Carbon Black combined with the black interior makes for a beautiful color combo, attached with the 6 speed manual this is a classic that's only rising in value.
The subframe of this car has been inspected and checks out perfectly, not even the slightest signs of tearing, cracking, etc. This cars subframe looks fantastic. Since it was driven by a mother that used the car strictly to go and come back from work and it was not driven hard like many other E46's on the market.
