I was a BMW tech and performed all services as required. Replaced all filters and fluids as required. Spark plugs done at around 50k miles.
The only thing pending is a power steering flush
Only used BMW OEM parts for maintenance
Only 3 aftermarket parts, one is the battery.
A few months back we had a shortage at the dealer for batteries and had to use OEM approved batteries. So I ended up installing a OEM approved battery.
Always kept on OEM 10w-60 oil and ALWAYS!! allowed my engine to properly warm up before driving off. I was a BMW master tech and worked for a dealership for 15 years, never once saw an M3 come in with Rod bearing issues even past 100k miles. If doing rod bearings will give you peace of mind go right ahead and do them. It does have BMW M performance exhaust I also have some spare parts and fluids that I will give away with the car and comes with OEM BMW car cover
Carbon top needs some love. Rear bumper was repainted due to a minor fender bender, no structural damage. I bought it that way and did an inspection at my dealer before I purchased it.
