Evolve has spent much time in ensuring our carbon airbox was produced by only the best motorsport development companies who are also responsible for producing F1 body panels.


The aim was to produce the best aftermarket CSL style airbox ever released using up to date cutting edge manufacturing processes.



Part of what makes the E46 M3 CSL special is the carbon airbox and it's ability to produce what is probably one of the best noises of any sports car.

An E46 M3 with a CSL airbox is probably the most ideal all round sports car for most enthusiasts giving far more power, throttle response and that fantastic induction roar.


The advantages over any other modification are that no other gives as much power gain and the noise is not like that of an exhaust system. An exhaust system introduces additional noise at idle, part throttle and full load driving. An airbox upgrade makes no extra noise at idle, you can drive under partial load without hearing it. It's only heard when you apply large amounts of load at engine speeds over 2500 rpm.

Introducing our E9X M3 Carbon Fiber Plenum. Made from 100% high grade prepreg carbon including the internal trumpets, this plenum replaces the stock plastic version and unleashes the roar of the naturally aspirated BMW V8 engine. Since the trumpet lengths are tuned by BMW to the internal volume, changing this could result in a loss of performance so we kept the same volume to not upset the way the car drives in terms of power delivery. Although there isn’t a performance gain from the carbon plenum, the induction sound generated takes the driving experience of the M3 to a whole new level.


The raw V8 rumble gives the M3 an almost CSL like sound and is truly an intoxicating experience. We went through several iterations using different carbon thicknesses to fine tune the sound and the resulting plenum generates an almost unbelievable induction volume and tone.


This plenum can be used with the OEM airbox or any aftermarket intake system





Evolve catless turbo downpipes for the S55 F80 M3 | F82 | F83 M4 in T301 Stainless steel. By eliminating the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory downpipes, back pressure is reduced significantly which results in faster spool, an increase in power & a more aggressive exhaust note.

It is well known that the Primary cats are a major restriction point on the E9X M3. There are a number of solutions on the market including a full X Pipe which removes the primary cats or Primary Cat Delete/Test Pipes.


Primary Cat Delete/Test Pipes are designed for those who do not want to go the full X Pipe route and are happy to modify their existing X Pipe. It is the most cost effective way of releasing power from this car.


Our Primary Cat Delete/Test Pipes are the first in the market to use a slip on and clamp solution. This provides a solid/tight fit without the need for welding. Gains are 20 BHP and 20 lb/ft torque. An ECU Remap is required to remove CEL and provides an additional power gain over and above the test pipes alone. Please see the dyno graph.
